It takes place over 10 weeks. There are eleven modules spaced one week apart plus a bonus module. If you get behind, don’t worry, you can complete the modules at your own pace.
Each module consists of a video and exercises to complete. Allow for 2 hours of your time per module. Remember it is once a week so it should be easy to work into your routine.
